Wales will be looking to gather some momentum on Friday night when they travel to take on the Republic of Ireland away from home.
Chris Coleman has named a few surprising players in his squad ahead of the match but it’s certainly looking to be a strong Wales side for the visit, with a number of key players fit and available.
Here’s how we can expect Coleman to set out his Wales side at the Aviva Stadium.
Wayne Hennessey
Hennessey is set to retain the goalkeeping spot.
Chris Gunter
Gunter is looking likely to start at right wing-back.
Ashley Williams
Williams will take the captain’s armband on the day.
James Collins
Collins is set to start at the very centre of the back three.
James Chester
Chester is likely to be the left-sided central defender.
Ben Davies
Davies will probably get into the team ahead of Neil Taylor.
Joe Allen
Allen is crucial to Wales and will start in the middle.
Joe Ledley
Ledley is set to play next to Allen in the middle.
Aaron Ramsey
Ramsey will make up the midfield trio.
Sam Vokes
Vokes is likely to start ahead of Hal Robson-Kanu to provide some aerial threat.
